w00t for pointless surveys!

Sun Nov 9, 2008, 8:18 PM
1) If you HAD to get a tattoo where would you get it?
Oh believe me, with my fear of needles, it'd be the tattoo artist who'd get it.

2) If you HAD to dye your hair a color what would you do?
Well, it's already dyed... =\ Red. :D

3) If you HAD to get a piercing (not ears) what would you get?
I'd get a ticket to the impound for aggravated assault on the piercing employee.

4) If you HAD to change your name, what new name would you choose?
I'd prolly change it several times... I recently was nicknamed 'Ginger' though.

5) Would you rather love one person or have many short relationships?
All I need is the love of God.

6) Would you move anywhere if you could?
The question isn't if I 'could'. I'll go wherever God wants me to go.

7) If you were given the chance to go to Paris, would you go?
I suppose if the door was opened, I should go.

8) If you were given 10 million dollars to keep, what would you do?
Well by the time the taxes were taken off.... especially if I received this during Obama's time in office with his 'spread the wealth' policy.... I wouldn't get more than a couple hundred out of it anyway. Pay my tithe and a few bills.

9) Would you eat a live tarantula for $1,000?
Heck no.

10) What makes your bedroom unique?
It's not a room, it's a loft. Cool looking, but little privacy...

11) What's your favorite season of the year?
Fall, it's just so pretty and the weather so invigorating!

12)Do you like cheese?
Depends on the cheese.... there's tons of varieties you know... I like a few kinds like Farmer's and Adam's Reserve and Cooper.

13) Are you the same person as you were at the beginning of 2008?
Definitely not. The Lord's been changing me greatly in the past 2ish years, and I'm lovin' it! :D

14) Anything exciting happen this year?
oh yes! Many things! But even just a couple days ago, I recognized the voice of God! Wednesday, the day after the election... I felt compelled to turn on the radio. It was somehow programmed into a Christian station. (I was fooling around with the knob earlier, so the fact it was tuned into ANY station let alone a Christian one was an act of God) And I caught the tail end of a devotional on how God is sovereign and His plans are perfect and always better than ours. I've had a great peace ever since then.

15) Have you been involved with the police this year?
Yep. Got pulled over under suspicion of being drunk (I was tired is all...) and they of course let me go. Then I got a flat tire and locked my keys in the car while on a road trip so I didn't know any local numbers and so I had to call 911 for roadside assistance. The cop was so nice to break into my car and replace my tire for me, all free of charge... I had no cash on me at all anyway. @_@ Not even a credit card or checkbook. God is good.

16) Are your best friends still your best friends?
....you know, I wouldn't call them my best friends if they weren't still my best friends? Is there an identifier missing here? 'Are your CHILDHOOD best friends still your best friends?' or something like that.

17) Got any tattoos or piercings this year?
My guitar string got me pretty good, and the cat's claws are pretty good at piercing too.

18) Had a haircut yet this year?
Uh-huh, just 2 weeks ago actually, got it cut SHORT.

19) Been in a hospital this year?
Mmhmm, but just for routine stuff.

20) What woke you up this morning?
Some country singer on the radio.

21) What color shirt are you wearing?
Black, with white and red writing. (It's my 'A Blood Donor Saved My Life: Matthew 26:28' shirt)

22) Are you crazy?
Define 'crazy'.

23) Does anyone call you baby?
Not usually.

24) Regular Cheetos or hot?
They make a hot one? I'll have to try it.

25) How's your heart lately?
Jeremiah 17:9

26) Favorite fruit?
All of them!

27) Are you scared of spiders?
Y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-yes.... X_X

28) If someone doesn't like you, its usually because...?
My personality annoys some people.

29) Do you wear the hood on your hoodie?
Yep, especially when I wish to be left alone... my own lil bubble...

30) Do you like being around a large group of friends, or two best friends?
Close friends.

31) Do you like roller coasters?
Wooden ones! :D

32) Do you care what others think about you?
Yeah, so long as it's in a Christian fashion, so as to heed correction.

33) Do you think you'll be married in 10 years?
Geesh, I'll be 30.... X_X I hope so?

34) Are you afraid of the dark?
Naw.

35) Like your life at the moment?
What life? My life died a long time ago, it's God's now. :)

36) Where were you last night?
Home, sleeping. :D

37) What are you wearing?
Jeens and that shirt I described for you earlier.

38) How late did you stay up last night?
11ish

39) Have you ever lost a best friend?
No, I don't think so... They may not be a best friend anymore due to how times and circumstances change, but I'm still friends with them.

40) Last time you wanted to punch someone in their face?
When my teacher flat out insulted God. Oooooh I was shaking in my seat with anger... I had a word with him after class and he's been behaving himself a lil better since... He's beginning to push his limits again though.

41)Last person you said I love you to?
God, actually... :D Just had devos not too long ago.

42) Describe your life in one smiley:

Influenza

Tue Oct 21, 2008, 6:36 PM
So I saw this add saying: "Influenza: NOT a common cold, but a killer", and then it gave some random number of how many people die from it each year...

Not the most comforting thing to see while you're riding the bus home after a particularly long day at school in which you consumed 3 boxes of tissues and ran to the water fountain a gajillion times to stop a coughing fit.

On the bright side of things, I lost my voice! :D ...how's that a good thing, you may ask? Well, today is the United States National day of Silent Solidarity to promote pro-life! [link] So losing my voice made it easier to deal with. Though I accidentally let a 'sorry' or 'thank you' slip out due to habbit, but that probably only scared people because of how hoarse I sounded.

I found that riding the bus is quite the challenge when you can't speak. I felt pretty bad about not being able to answer two peoples' questions about the bus... I've had to ask people such questions myself in the past so it's like I missed a chance to pay back the favor... But who am I to feel bad about that when there are millions of children who will never get a chance to either help or hinder people?

Some people I ran into were quite helpful too. On my last bus ride of the day, it was quite crowded, and I couldn't get to the driver to pass him a note with my stop on it... So this guy in a suite was standing right in front of me and I managed to communicate to him that I needed to get a note to the driver. It took a few tries (I SUCK at that charades game) but he was very nice and got it to the driver for me, who then actually made the stop for me. :D I was quite worried that he'd think it was a joke or something...

Also I think I was standing right next to someone I knew on the bus, who even had me hold his computer for him while it situated himself, and I had to ignore him... But I don't think he recognized me till I turned to get off the bus anyway, I had my hood up. I might just have to explain myself tomorrow when I see him in class though.

Ahhhh rambling, I hope the above makes sense, my mind is rather foggy right now. (Though it's suprisingly a lot better than it was before my 2 hour nap today in between classes...)

God bless!

  • Listening to: Fireflight - Unbreakable
  • Reading: Tsuki No Shippo
  • Watching: Stupid lil insects commiting suicide by light burn
  • Playing: My mind is always playing tricks on me
  • Eating: Oooh don't feel good enough to eat right now
  • Drinking: Carbonated water... good for the stomach

_____________________

I choose KJ~52 'cause he's got the most awesome lyrics ever of all time!

***

1. Are you male or female?
"For the Ladies" from Behind the Musik

2. Describe yourself.
"I'm Guilty" from It's Pronounced Five Two

3. What do people feel when they're around you?
"Run For Cover" featuring Thousand Foot Krutch's Trevor McNevan from Remixed

4. How would you describe your previous relationship?
"Pick Yourself Up" from It's Pronounced Five Two (I picked this because the past doesn't matter. If we look back, it'll only hold us back, so pick yourself up and move on!)

5. Describe your current relationship.
"I Feel So Good" from It's Pronounced Five Two (I had trouble picking this one... so many would've worked here, as KJ's songs all praise God!)

6. Where would you want to be now?
"Life After Death" from Behind the Musik

7. How do you feel about love?
"He is All" from Behind the Musik (God IS love, and He's all I need)

8. What's your life like?
"Piece of Junk Car" from Remixed (I may be a wreck, but God can still use me and fixes me up constantly)

9. What would you ask for if you had only one wish?
"Jesus" from Behind the Musik

10. Say something wise.
"Never Look Away" from Behind the Musik

And these are just from 3 of KJ~52's awesome CDs! I want to get the rest of his CDs sometime...

I want to be a Manga-Ka!!!!!

Thu Jun 26, 2008, 4:34 PM
So my friend ( :iconscifijesus: ) has been recommending works by Yuu Watase to me, and I have enjoyed the overall plotline... More importantly, I've learned that she started out young! O_O! Sugoi! Anyways, I've recently been planning to draw this comic as a joke for another friend of mine called 'superstretch'. I had teased him that it sounded like a hero's name, so I figured I'd write mini-comics based on events that have happened in his life. But the more I thought of it, the more it developed into story arcs, so I figure, why not make this into a manga? (Based REALLY loosely on events in his life)

Then I figured... since I pretty much suck at writing, but I do enjoy coming up with characters, scenes, and plotlines... why not make the story I've had in my mind for years into a manga as well? So I'm begining to make plans for making my story-in-progress "Echelon" into a manga... I just hope that I'll be able to draw it... X_X I'll be doing so with traditional art methods, pencil and marker... I really wish I had a tracing table X_X

Progress will be REALLY slow as I have been getting alot of hours and work and I have homework over the summer, but I hope that if I get any readers they will be able to bear with me. I don't plan on submitting page by page, but to upload an entire chapter at once as a downloadable if I can figure out how to do that on DA.

If you have an interest in reading the original novel-format of the first chapter of Echelon, you can read it here: [link]
Yeah... I didn't get very far that way... X_X So hopefully manga version will go better!

-ZePuKa (DigiPukaMon)

P.S. In order to do this, I will want white computer paper, a light tracing table, and mechanical pencils and calligraphy markers for my birthday. :D Also, I want my scanner fixed... T_T
